I have been professionally offering intuitive readings for 3 years. There has been a voice niggling at me saying that the informational readings are good, but not essential to people. I have felt drawn to do more intensive energy healing work, but kept getting hung up on “Who will teach me?” But I’ve almost always had to learn on my own, so that I would know the way from experience.
Three weeks ago, I began offering energy healing sessions to interested clients, and all of a sudden, I can tell that I am working at a whole new level. Working in silence during the session allows me to stay at a deeper level, and clients laying at rest on the table allows them to relax into a space where deeper healing is possible.
It feels so natural to me to do this work, almost like a relief. I feel that this is the work I’ve always been meant to do. (I’ve caught myself saying frequently this past year, “I just know it is possible to heal with the hands, just by moving energy; if only I knew how!” It turns out I do know how!) It is easier for me to do than the readings, and I just intuitively know what to do next and where to start. It feels like conducting a beautiful symphony.
One of the most delightful aspects of doing this work is that I learn fascinating things in every session. These findings and wonderings are what this blog is about. I hope to connect with other healers doing similar exploratory work.
