Joanna offers her services through email as well as in person. In this format, a client sends an email with his/her name, stating any issues around which he/she would like to get information. The statement may be as brief or long as the client desires. If the client seeks information about a relationship in his/her life, the first name of the other person should be included in the email.

Payment must be submitted before the consultation, either by mailing a check or by paying online through PayPal.
